I guess it all started when I saw a bracelet I liked and thought, "I could make that". So I gathered a few beads together and an obsession was created. Now thousands of beads later I have become a beadaholic. I don't know if there is a cure but I know I am not alone, there are many of us out there.
Actually I have always enjoyed crafting. I did tole painting for years and still enjoy it but so many things get in the way of the painting and beading, like housework and cooking meals, luckily I have a husband who doesn't mind doing some of the cooking and it isn't beyond him to help with housework either. I also love to crochet and would love to incorporate some of that into my jewelry mainly purses. I have some patterns but they all call for something called Purse Twist which nobody seems to know what it is. If anyone out there has an idea I would appreciate it.

Welcome to the blogosphere! The jewelry looks great so I hope it does well on Etsy. I actually just put in a huge order (well, huge for me--I bought like 6 or 7 things) from Etsy, mostly presents for friends. It is so cool to browse around there and look at all the different stuff. I am thinking I might give it a try also because I have a TON of scarves that I need to sell. Unfortunately I will miss the big holiday buying season though.
